nice little cocoon near downtown

Ideally located just behind the Museum of Fine Arts, 7mm walk from the train station (the sea 45mm), 400m from the bullring and the historic center, very quiet area, no need for a car to visit the city. Composed of an entrance, a living room kitchen with a mezzanine for sleeping and a bathroom with shower. The set overlooks course, without opposite.
