Situé en Bourgogne dans un petit village calme à 20 min d'Auxerre (10 min de la sortie d'autoroute A6 Auxerre nord) , de Chablis,de Joigny à 30 min de Tonnerre, à 50 min de Troyes , à 10 min de la gare de Laroche Migennes et à 2 heures de Paris . Le Mont Saint Sulpice est un village avec boulangerie pâtisserie et un proximarchė.

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). Trapper's cabin

The Cabane du Trappeur can accommodate up to 5 people in the greatest comfort. A master bedroom with a double bed, and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds and a mezzanine bed, will guarantee you rest and privacy. It's a wooden cabin on stilts. This is the perfect unusual home for your next family vacation! Guests can take advantage of the shared swimming pool, heated and covered from the end of April to the end of September.

Overlooking Lake Der, a 35 m² house for 4 people with private outdoor area. Fully equipped rental with fenced garden and terrace. Enjoy the Nautical Station with direct access to the Port of Giffaumont and the beach. The location is ideal for walking (hiking circuit, birdwatching and bike path from the accommodation) and activities (boat ride, motor boating, fishing, tree climbing, JOA casino, children's games, restaurant...)

Small artisanal cottage with an area of 19 m2, it can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped to accommodate you for a short or long stay, bicycles are at your disposal (free of charge), a swimming pool (high season) or a Nordic bath. The highlights of the accommodation are of course the calm as well as the location in the middle of fields and forests for total relaxation. Come and visit us with family or friends.

Nice mobile home, in the heart of the Othe forest on a poultry farm. Electric vehicle charging available for a fee Forest walk, hiking. Lake Paisy-Cosdon is a nice place for swimming. Chablis and Troyes Sens, Auxerre are must-see cities. In Chéu, there is "ParisJump" parachute jumping, for thrill seekers. Single-use barbecue available for sale.
