Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

71 m² house, 2 bedrooms upstairs. One of them has an additional folding adult bed. Terrace, awning, table, lounge chairs, 4 sun loungers for relaxation, nap. Green space overlooking the lake, not overlooked, only this expanse of water in front. Large parasol on the green space. Marina on the right. Outdoor gas plancha. Open kitchen with all amenities. Bathroom shower, washing machine. One space in front of the entrance for the car, a parking lot downstairs.

Located 500m (5 min walk) from the beach of Port Dienville, and its restaurants, in the heart of the eastern forest. Nigloland at 10mn (13km).
