Come and stay in our country house, former Norman building completely renovated in 2022, located on a large wooded and enclosed plot of 2000 m2. Very comfortable and warm, it consists of a large living room of 60 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. My place is close to the beach, restaurants, parks, train station, shops, city center. All within 10 minutes' walk. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. Located on the ground floor. The kitchen is separate from the living room, rare for a studio. Linens and towels are provided. The bed will be made on your arrival. You have access to fiber optic Wi-Fi as well as a TV connected to Netflix. Secure and private parking 200 m away, or 3 min walk.
