You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

Charming 1920s house of 40 m2 fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and residential area, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

Perfect place to explore Paris!

My apartment is located in Aubervillers, 4 min walk to the metro station (Line 7) from where you will be straight away in the city center. It's very calm, bright and comfortable and you'll have everything you need for you stay: from a perfect espresso in the morning to a relaxing couch (with a wall screen or plenty of books) for resting in the evening. It can fit up to 4 persons (1 bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room).

This perfectly located accommodation is a 1-minute walk from a bus stop leading to Saint-Denis station, also RER D station, the metro is an 8-minute walk and a bus can also take you to the RER B. The Stade de France is a 10-minute walk. There are many mini-markets and a bakery nearby. a comfortable bed awaits you after long walks in Paris or trampling at the Stade de France.

Close to the market square in Montreuil, close to the Croix de Chavaux metro station, my place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Located in a condominium of friends, associated with a theater under construction; you can also enjoy a very sunny common terrace on the roof of this theater. And there's a brand new sofa bed!!
