This renovated and functionally equipped guest apartment is located in the center of Auerbach i. d. OPf. With about 50 square meters on the 2. floor it offers a sleeping room with king size bed (2 matresses 90x200cm) and single bed and a fully equipped combined kitchen and living room with an extendible sleeping sofa. Optional baby bed and a work desk in the sleeping room. The bathroom contains shower/toilet/sink. Public parking in the city, but no dedicated parking spot around the house.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Different nationalities live in the residential complex. 59 residential units are located on the outskirts, not in the center. The forest begins about 100 m behind the house. Wonderful hiking area, ideal for hikers and cyclists. Ideal for climbing enthusiasts. Some of the neighbors work in Auerbach. After work, it may happen that the neighbors listen to music that is a little louder. Talk to the people. If it's too loud for my guests, I have earplugs ready.
