Dan’s place was great for a weekend get away with my daughter and her fur baby. The house was clean and comfy, and having use of the garage was great! Nice area for walking the dog around the neighborhood. The home was stocked well with toiletries and towels and thou we didn’t cook, the kitchen supplies seemed adequate. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

Johnny, our host, was outstanding. He provided detailed information well in advance, including clear directions to the property, expectations for our stay, and easy-to-follow instructions for getting inside. He also shared excellent local dining recommendations and useful tips. Throughout our stay, Johnny stayed in touch, checking in to ensure we were comfortable. We had the pleasure of spotting wildlife both in the mornings and evenings, including a daily visit from a group of 15 wild turkeys that would come right up to the house. Watching elk roam across the property was truly a magnificent experience! There is a section of the road that might feel intimidating the first time you drive it, but as long as you take your time and go slow, you'll be fine. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The cell phone signal (T-Mobile & AT&T) was spotty, but I had no trouble with texts. The home's Wi-Fi worked good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return.

Debbie and Pat were amazing hosts. We needed to check in early, and they were very accommodating! We had absolutely no issues and the house was in amazing condition and also very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back if we need a place to stay in Greeley!!

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the front range. Nice big back yard with a smoker / grill and gas firepit. Only minutes from i-25, Buccees, and a Woods Market grocery store.

House was extremely clean & very big. Truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Definitely recommend. Junior was a great host & super quick with replying.
