This is the perfect cabin for two. Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with all necessary cooking and washing facilities, and a cosy bedroom with a bed, a separate daybed, a coffee machine, and a TV with Chromecast. The location and the area around the cabin are absolutely unique. Surrounded by large green areas, flowers, berries and fruit trees. Sandy beach and Svaberg are a small stone's throw away and as the closest and only neighbour you have a gazebo with a massage chair. Sjøbua is located just 20 metres from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquillity and spectacular scenery. The cabin was completely renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large terraces with panoramic views of the open sea. Here you can enjoy the sea view from almost every room – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, high-speed internet, a barbecue, firewood and a fire pan.

Idyllic cottage by the coast – quiet and peaceful

This is a quiet and peaceful area, and from the cabin you have beautiful views of the majestic mountains on Tustna. There is beautiful hiking terrain behind the cabin and in the immediate area. Here you can really walk in peace, and after a few minutes you have amazing views of mountains, islands and fjords. If you continue further along the road you will find scattered buildings and a short distance to the lake. The dead-end road means that there is very little traffic in the area. The nearest grocery store is in Aure city center, about 25 minutes drive from the cabin.

Relax in this unique place and enjoy the view of the sea in rural and quiet surroundings. Great opportunities for sea fishing, great mountain hikes and swimming. Penthouse on the 2nd floor, close to 100 square meters, as well as a room with balcony, on the ground floor. The apartment is from the 1940s, but restored in 2004-2021. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and hallway. Boats can be rented for NOK 850/day. Grand 19 with 50hk Yamaha, 2019. The boat is located in a private marina, 20 meters away. We do not have export license for fish!

You get transparency and nature into the cabin. The combination of knot-free pine and poplar wood gives the cabin a bright and pleasant atmosphere, which gives you a meditative experience.

Short distance to Hopen (5 min drive) where you will find the island's shops.
