We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. We rent out an apartment ( 60m2) in our own house with space for 2-4 people. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed. We have many animals on the farm: rabbits, goats, hens, wool pigs, which make the stay even more pleasant, especially for families with children. Outside there is a terrace with furniture and barbecue area. Parking space right by the entrance. TV in the apartment has German programs otherwise can also be connected to the internet.

Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!

From the house it is about 1 km down to the beach and fishing opportunities in the sea. The house has a large garden and lots of space for all ages. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and beds for 8 persons. When you rent here you will have this entire big house all to yourself.
