Nice studio located 90 meters from a cove with sea access on foot. It is completely independent with its garden and terrace with sea view. You have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space attached to the studio. The accommodation is in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

Enjoy a spacious 72 m2 ground floor home with a private patio. Elegant and central, 300 m from the rotunda in a quiet inner courtyard of a building. Living room with 160 x 190 quality sofa bed. Located 20 m from the superb Place des Tanneurs with access to restaurants and shops within 100 m.

Small corner of paradise, quiet, 2/4 people in winter, the accommodation can accommodate 4 people but the living space will be limited. With a large private garden, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, small air-conditioned house with all the comforts of a large one, a few minutes' walk from the village, close to the motorway, 20 minutes from the Cassis creeks, for your hikes to the cave of Marie -Madeleine, Garlaban, Sainte Victoire, Les Sources des Nayes, free buses.
