The house has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with shower on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs as well as a master suite with dressing room and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, barbecue, 2 toilets (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Keep it simple at this peaceful and idyllically located mountainside house with rustic interior, this small house is full of character. Main living room / kitchenette on ground floor. Steep enclosed stairs to first floor. Two double bedrooms and a shower room. Small unfenced garden with stunning views. Just 200m walk to the Maronne chair lift link to Alpe d'huez Ski area. Cycling, Tour de France, walking, climbing, swimming in surrounding area. Shops and market in local town. 4-6 people.

Its garden and beautiful terrace will allow you to share peaceful moments with friends and family. Furnished 4-star accommodation for 7 people but can accommodate 9 people. Close to major ski areas including Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes. Free shuttle at the entrance of the hamlet in summer and winter for easy access to the resorts.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

An indoor swimming pool is illuminated by natural light coming through a large window. The pool features a smooth blue surface, complementing the minimalist design of the space, which includes wooden accents and a tiled area for relaxation.
