Small cozy apartment, all comforts in the village of MONTOT (70) which is an ancient Gallo-Roman village. There are many old buildings, the bridge over the living room dating from the 17th century, a fortified castle from the 16th century, beautiful fountains and washhouses, as well as the church which dates from the 17th century. Lovers of the countryside and beautiful country walks, welcome. Beautiful museums are 15 km away (Champlitte and Gray). Numerous documents are available on-site to organize your outings.

Maisonnette de charme indépendante et lumineuse. Entièrement rénovée, équipée à neuf avec des matériaux et accessoires de qualité (douche italienne, smart TV, cuisine toute équipée). Nous avons pris plaisir à la rénover, nous espérons que vous prendrez plaisir à la découvrir! A charming little house and completely independent! It has been fully renovated and equipped (walk-in shower, huge smart TV, fully equipped kitchen). We enjoyed renovating this home, we hope you will enjoy discovering it!

Unusual meeting, sleeping in a dairy

Maison de caractère de plain pied, en pierre, bâtie sur d'anciennes caves à fromages, et pergola avec vue sur le parc. Petit étang naturel d'un côté, et ancien quai aménagé, de l'autre. La laiterie garde dans ses murs toute l'histoire des lieux, avec le confort d'un Gite de France classé 3 épis, et une touche brocante assumée par des meubles de famille remis au goût du jour. Une mise au vert, avec basse-cour, verger, et potager, qui fera le bonheur des petits et des grands amateurs de nature.
