The tastefully renovated cottage, its large 40 m² terrace and its enclosed flower garden, border the majestic Seine which flows a few km into the sea. You can admire the many boats, appreciate the beauty and calm of the place. Location: 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from the Côte Fleurie, Brionne train station 600 m Small independent house on my property comprising on the ground floor kitchenette area with dining table, sofa bed (2-seater), and toilet. Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. The accommodation has garden chairs to enjoy the small outdoor area in front of the accommodation. I live next to the accommodation...

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).

During your stay, relax on the terrace of Le Bec-Hellouin, an ideal place to recharge your batteries. The village of Bec-Hellouin offers a tourist experience with its abbey and monastery. From the creperie to the local restaurant, foodies will find their happiness. The cottage is located at the foot of the Voie Verte (40 km). Within 20 km are Harcourt Castle with its arboretum, the Battlefield Castle and Pont-Audemer (nicknamed Little Venice).

"LES LAURIERS" Gîte

Independent accommodation located on a common property with the owners, without shared ownership, enclosed wooded land, parking, electric gate. The pool to be shared with the owners is outdoors, uncovered, it is open and heated from JUNE to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). 3 km away is the village of Monfort/Risle, various shops (bakery, supermarket). Activities: canoeing, forest hiking, tree climbing, greenway)

Le Chalet Normand

Located in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Natural Park, on the Route des Chaumières, in the charming little village of Vieux Port, the Chalet Normand is an atypical 55 m² accommodation on a 1500 m² plot near the Seine. It can accommodate 4 people and a baby. It has all the necessary equipment so you can have a pleasant stay.
