Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Come and discover the splendor of the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Welcome to our cute 35m2 studio in the heart of Noyarey village! Ideally located: 5-minute access to the Grenoble/Lyon/Valence axes and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts. Guests can enjoy all amenities thanks to the Carrefour shopping center located less than 10 minutes away. The village bakery and convenience store are close to the studio as well. The closest parking is located 200 meters from the accommodation (3 minutes on foot)

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
