Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Bois Réotier Cottage

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
