Only 7km away from the city of Heraklion, it is an ideal place for couples' & families' vacation. The nearest beach is 13km away. Wine and olive oil enthusiasts will find wineries, presses and mills around the area. It's a great starting point to explore the whole island of Crete. Chic Country Cottage For Two....

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Villa Agni is a luxurious villa situated in Kastri ,where a romantic traveller could easily imagine the Ancient Greek goddess Artemis being worshiped in such a house. Built on the edge of Koukoumianos gorge, it was the owner’s George Hatzidakis, birthplace. Villa Agni has got all the modern equipment in order to satisfy even the most demanding guest, as well as traditional fireplaces and wooden ovens. The outdoor part of the house spreads into 4 acres of terraces, with dense veget.
