A casa fica em frente à Ria de Aveiro e tem excelentes vistas. Situa-se a cerca de 5km da magnífica praia vigiada da Torreira e a 7km da praia de S. Jacinto. Zona ideal para a prática de desportos náuticos, como kitesurf, windsurf, kayak e vela, e birdwatching. Nesta região existem ótimos restaurantes!
