Welcome to our charming apartment located on Åsen! About 5 minutes walk to the train station/travel center (500 meters) and about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is located in Enköping, close to everything the city has to offer. The apartment is 55 square meters and has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee maker, capsule machine, toaster and kettle, etc. Towels and toiletries are available. High chair and children's tableware are available, as well as a sofa bed in the living room

Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and the historic Rommehed. Bed linen, towels, soap & toilet paper included. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. At Smens Gårdar we are all about bespoke group stays and celebrations. The concept was created from our passion for horses, the great outdoors, local organic food, beautiful old houses and the planning of tailored get togethers and celebrations. Only two hours north of Stockholm you find Smens Hästgård, a boutique Bed & Box offering set in the beautiful village of Fornby, in Southern Dalarna. The large house from 1889 comfortably hosts your private party of up to 12 guests.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
