An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

My accommodation is in a private courtyard, very close to the square of Cordenons. The bus stop that leads to the center of Pordenone and to the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet connection and Netflix. Independent entrance. Arranged on one floor, there are no stairs. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleaning of the premises. I do makeup for evenings and special occasions.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a window, and a double bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the open loft that houses a French bed. THE ACCOMMODATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MORE THAN 4 ADULTS. From the mezzanine you can access a comfortable furnished terrace.

Essenza Alpina: a stone's throw from the center and nature

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) e a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo anche i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano (convertibile in letto su richiesta) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e climatizzatore. Un piacevole panorama è visibile dal balcone. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Area giochi nel giardino di fronte all'appartamento.
