Monthly Rentals in Avondale

Everything was as expected and more. As well as detailed instruction. I was unable to figure out the TV unless I logged in to my own apps such as HULU etc. Maybe more description on how to access regular television would be nice. However, that is minor and not to take away from the immaculate condition, available kitchen and bath items for easy and accessible use. The space was spacious and alot of care and thought went in to making it a great stay!! Thank you

Alex's place was great! The location was close to the highway to get around to different areas surrounding Phoenix. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. There was lots of space for our family and the garage was great for keeping our vehicle cool. We did put tin foil on the one window to make it dark enough for our child to sleep and used a sound machine to block out the noise of people outside and traffic from busy McDowell Road. We let Alex know that the sink in the master bathroom was not draining and that the garage door was broken and she had someone come to fix the door right away (offered to have the drain repaired while we were there too but was ok to wait until we were gone for that as well). It was our own mistake not looking at the photos close enough to see that there was carpet under the dining table but we put down a shower curtain to protect the carpet from our toddler's messy eating! Overall, a great stay!

Mike is a great host and communicator. I enjoyed my visit and appreciate his hospitality!

Brian’s place was better than the description and pictures. A few things exceeded expectations; the bed/bedding was so comfortable, water pressure was good in the shower, and the neighborhood was good for walking. They were wonderful hosts and I hope to visit again soon.
