Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

AVORIAZ Spend a dream vacation in this 2 room apartment, freshly renovated, warm and very well-equipped for 4 people. A 5-minute walk from the center of the resort and its many shops, you are at the foot of the slopes, close to bars, restaurants and ski lifts. We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️

In a small contemporary building, perched on the heights of Montreux (Territet district), about ten minutes' walk from transport (bus, train and pier), 80 M2 apartment, 2 and a half rooms (bedroom, large living room and integrated kitchen), southwest facing Lake Geneva.
