You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Beautiful 2 room apartment, new renoved, 5 minutes from the lake / 10 minutes from Annecy city center by car for up to 3 people (2 + 1 child) in a beautiful villa, independent entrance, large terrace with mountain view and small lake view, free parking, bicycles available for free. There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.
