The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Welkom op ons luxe en comfortabele Domaine. We verhuren meerdere vakantiehuizen in 2 verbouwde boerderijen. In deze mooie gite bevinden zich ruime woonkamer en open keuken. De keuken heeft een vaatwasser, oven en magnetron. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en badkamer met inloopdouche. De oppervlakte is ongeveer 64 m2. Onze 4-sterren gîtes zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere gite heeft een flatscreen hd tv. De slaapkamers hebben zeer comfortabele bedden.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
