A 2 rooms of 43 m2 on the first floor, refurbished. Bright, open views, most shops are in the same street and nature is less than 5 minutes walk. The rare noises of the day are attenuated by the insulation, and at night, you are totally calm. Alone in the building, you don't bother anyone, and nobody bother you.
