This seaside villa is limited to one group per day inspired by an adult villa that is fun at night. The property of more than 70 tsubo has a dining building where you can cook authentic cooking, a residence building with four bedrooms, a wooden deck where you can color the barbecue time at night, and a spacious grassy courtyard. The two buildings are free to come and go in a large open window, wherever you are on the premises, you can get a fellow laughter and feel the breathtaking. If you want to barbecue, it's a good idea to source Awaji cows and island vegetables at the local market. We have a high-end BBQ grill made by Weber. Everyone who was tired of playing and slept on the living room sofa woke up to the smell and had a lively dinner time. On the rooftop terrace, watch the sunset and talk to each other. You can also barbecue and pot in the dining building with a wood-burning stove, so you can plan freely according to the weather and the mood of the members. A villa on Awaji Island where people who liked art and playing in the sea, whom I met by chance, lived. The house was built on a hill overlooking the sea in a villa area called Richland. From there, you can see the Seto Inland Sea and, depending on the season, watch the sunset. The moment I entered the house, I liked it at first sight, as it conveyed the feeling that the former owner enjoyed using it. The owner was selling the house because they no longer used it, and I spent about two years carefully renovating it myself. While maintaining the original qualities of the building, it was carefully renovated to suit the modern travel style.
