Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

La Grange d 'Angel

So that you can enjoy, for a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new place of stopover, you will be able to come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny Sous Châtillon, and admire an exceptional view of the Marne valley, for a walk

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.

GITE IN CHAMPAGNE – LE CLOS DES LYS

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, outdoor hot tub and private pool (under video protection) will rejuvenate you in a soothing setting (hot tub and pool from May 15th, weather permitting). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.
