"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

Our two-room apartment is in a house with a garden in a quiet and panoramic location. It enjoys an excellent view of Saint Vincent and the central valley. The Saint Vincent thermal baths are about 200 meters away, while the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are also hiking trails surrounded by nature. The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
