This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.

The Waterfront

Welcome to our waterfront cottage nestled in a quiet area of Wakefield on a 2 acre property. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. A peaceful place where it's nice to relax. Pleasant terrace, bordered by a fountain, shelter and swing, embellished with shrubs and flowers. The interior is relaxing and offers all the necessary accessories for a beautiful stay with friends, couples or family. Please note that this is my primary residence.
