The sea as far as the eye can see from the valley, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, maybe the occasional bell sounds from a flock of sheep or goats. Two engineers from ITU realised our dream of taking a breath in the Aegean by settling in the Assos Kaz Mountains region. Come to our house surrounded by forest in the village of Hüseyinfakı in Çanakkale, between Mount Ida and Assos, at an altitude of 450 meters and with 30% humidity, and enjoy peaceful, cool and serene days.

On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.
