Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Our house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. We are 160 steps from the sea.

It is 5 minutes on foot to the center of Cunda and 7 kilometers to the center of Ayvalık (there is public transportation until 02:00 at night) Our house has a garden, barbecue and garden furniture.
