Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Our house, which was built by the Greeks about 150 years ago, was restored in April 2022 and opened to our guests. You will have the entire house to yourself. You won't be sharing it with anyone else. As required by the identity reporting law, the police will be notified of the identity, and all our guests must come with their IDs.
