Our house is a very comfortable property located within a housing estate in the centre of Ayvalık. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. All kitchen utensils are provided in the house. You can enjoy preparing your own meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the market, restaurants, etc., discover the city's historical character, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.
