We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. We loved Katerina’s place and we are so grateful for her hospitality. She (and her daughter) welcomed us with a heartwarming smile and they were always very friendly. They provided some snacks and fruits to eat. We appreciate their friendliness and welcoming attitude very much. They are the best hosts! The room was just perfect for us. It is in a quiet area with cute animals and fascinating nature around. We slept like babies with the sound of waves. Cats are just like little angels running and playing around. We highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Very centrally located and everything you could need is within walking distance. Markets, museums, the beach, restaurants and cafes, attractions, workshops, everything is right next to you. The house itself is a restored old Greek house, in a history-filled area and has good facilities. Everything is as it appears in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The pressure of the shower head may be low for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us. The seats and beds are comfortable, the inside is clean and airy. There's a vacuum you can use as well. The host, Ms. Yeliz, is very hospitable and does her best for your comfort. She was willing and fully helpful with everything we asked and wanted, from finding us a new pot instantly to local business recommendations when we told her that the stalk of the pot in the house had come out. When we got off the dolmus for check-in, he didn't neglect to greet. If we come to Ayvalık again, we will definitely choose this place.

mr. Ünal is very welcome, our brother has a nice conversation and very good intentions. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.
