Enjoy a stay with everything at your fingertips. In the lower part of the building, there are several shops, ice cream parlors, cash machines, grocery stores, petrol stations, and pharmacies. One block from the building there are typical Cuenca food shops, 5 minutes from the Mall del Río, 3 blocks from the mega Guzho park, 10 minutes from the city center. And if you were looking for peace and security, this is the place for you. We have an underground garage and 24-hour security.

Excellent location, central apartment. Just 1 block from the famous Mother's Park and Planetarium. Close to banking area, shopping mall and restaurants. You can walk to the historic center and tour various attractions of the city on foot or by bike, such as: the broken bridge, vado cross, etc. The tap water is potable so it can be a drink directly. Carts of up to 5.5 meters can enter the parking lot, it is a bit narrow.
