Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

We are an uncomplicated, cheerful family and look forward to providing you with a cozy home during your stay. The apartment is a studio attached to the main house, with a private entrance, a beautiful garden and a garden lounge for shared use. Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.
