Highly recommended! Apartment was clean and had everything we need like helpful QR codes posted on the wall to quickly access WiFi, ready tray of ice in the freezer (much appreciated due to hot summer day), trash bins in each room & both restrooms, good quality linens for a good night’s sleep, non slip rugs in kitchen and bath. It’s as if host anticipated everything we would need. Host is also very communicative and even apologized for pabasa sounds reaching where we are, but this is understandable being Holy Week. When I said that we are all seniors, we were warned that there are stairs to negotiate getting to the 2nd floor bedrooms but we were fine. The single beds in 2 of the bedrooms are low (only about 1 foot from the floor) so that was a bit of a challenge for this senior with knee pain. You need a ride (no walkable stores) to buy provisions so bring everything you need before check in. Otherwise, it was a very satisfying stay and good value for the price we paid

Had my team book this place for a project. It is spacious and well kept. Perfect for a group of 3-4 people. Jonathan was really accommodating and responsive, so our booking was such a breeze! Ate Malou the caretaker was also really helpful. Thank you so much for accommodating us :)
