Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We pay great attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green), waste separation...

The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.
