Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Enjoy a loving break at this downtown home with balcony and garage. Right next door is a supermarket that is within walking distance. A cozy place to unwind or start excursions... We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. The bed linen is washed with a sensitive detergent, which means it is generally well suited for allergy sufferers. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
