The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Great Location: Salzburg’s city center is just a 25-minute drive, and Hallein is only 5 minutes away. Free train and bus connections are excellent. Ideal for sightseeing, hiking, and swimming in the lakes!

A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

From the sun balcony you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the highlight of Goisern: the Eternal Wall. In just 4 minutes by car you can reach the center of the traditional village and the must-sees of the region are not too far away: Hallstatt 15 minutes, Dachstein Krippenstein 20 minutes, the imperial city of Bad Ischl and Bad Aussee, 15 minutes.

The newly built wooden house is located on a hillside of Bad Ischl. It combines the tradition of summer vacation with the longing for winter warmth. The house offers plenty of space for a holiday together in the countryside, with mountain views, on 120 square meters and a terrace extending over two sides. The living and dining area with kitchen alone covers 50 square meters. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer retreats, plus the outdoor sauna with a view!

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
