Sports tourists, cultural tourists and professional travellers are welcome here. Quiet apartment right on the Danube. Overlooking the mountains. New apartment with bright and friendly rooms. Shopping facilities about 2 km away. The apartment offers: one fully equipped. Little oasis in nature

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Wide view and pool ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The heated bathrobe is a great place to get to the spa from the bed. The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. On nice days, the valuable hours of life can also be spent on the sunny balcony. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

Enjoy the peace on our idyllic farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You will sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden in a meadow, next to garden pavilion and barbecue. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, dresser and electric heating and a cooking corner. This is stocked with fridge, hot plate, filter coffee maker, kettles and dishes. Living location at the end of a dead end road. In the garden you will find loungers and hanging chairs and relax. The living room with the large window offers a direct view into the garden.
