Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a balcony and is accessible by elevator. Enjoy the spa park, the spa, or visit the theater. The city of Bad Hall offers many options. Ideal if your partner has a spa stay, is attending a wedding (near the registry office), etc... Bicycles can be parked in the barrier-free basement compartment.
