The garden hut with its vine-covered pergola is a particularly pleasant spot to relax in the summer, and the orchard invites you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If you’d like to explore the area, feel free to borrow one of our three bicycles free of charge. Lake Traunsee with its beautiful swimming spots is just 2 km away. We look forward to welcoming you!

Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
