From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, ein Badezimmer, einer voll ausgestattete Küche und einer eigenen Terrasse. Geniessen Sie den Seeblick von jedem (!) Winkel im Appartement.

Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya
