The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

All you need is close by, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee, Ice cream… A bike can be rented for 8€/day, what might be useful to visit Grunewald forest or if you want to use the good bike roads throughout the city. This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

A place outdoors with peace, white horses right on the field. The lodge has its own garden with lounge, field view, optional sauna (can be booked separately), barbecue and other amenities. We speak German, English and some French.

Our cozy apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Storkow. Although we are not directly on the water, our own jetty is only a few steps away and is available for our guests to swim and relax. A beautiful beach is also just a five-minute walk away.
