We (Armin(68), Heidi (62) and Waltraud (85) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream shop, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, shoe park and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in 17 minutes in the city at the train station on Boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 min). A free guest parking is available.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a room-climbing grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 persons. Wifi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. The attic of this quarry stone house built in 1865 has been completely newly expanded. It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees! Rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance is the golf course and a lake, around which you can wonderfully walk or jog. Bike tours can be easily planned from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
