New apartment near Sagrada Familia

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Coqueto loft. with private pool just for you, it is never shared with other guests other than your group, entrances and independent exits. Ample free street parking, private parking for motorcycles, very quiet area with lots of nature and beautiful views, it is 18km from Bcn, 9km from beautiful beaches, 7km from the Circuit de Catalunya, I recommend coming by car. Apartment with a lot of natural light, it is located in the mountain so you can access the Corredor Natural Park on foot from the house. 5-10 minute drive to all amenities (Hospital, Shopping Center and City Center).
