Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The vacation home "Schleibengel" in Maasholm is a great destination for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. This comfortable and welcoming 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.

Beach holiday apartment with a unique ocean view

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
