Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

It has a large, very pleasant terrace with a city view where you can experience the beauty of Ayvalık. Everything you'll need during your vacation has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with pleasure. It is a spacious, simple and pleasant place where six people can stay comfortably. This apartment, where you can stay comfortably in all seasons, has been carefully prepared to be your home in Ayvalık.

It is 15 minutes by car to Cunda, Şeytan Sofrası and Sarımsaklı beach.
