The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Built in 2024, this house is very quiet on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.
