In zona ztl, con comodo parcheggio dietro casa, si trova vicino ai principali servizi. Vicina anche al mare: grazie alla nuova strada a rapida percorrenza è possibile giungere a Soverato in circa 25 minuti. The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

The apartment is just 250 metres from the sandy beach. In the early morning you can enjoy the spectacle of the sunrise over the sea as well as the sunset behind the mountains in the evening. In Calabria you will find every natural landscape you like: mountains, lakes, rivers and sea. You just have to walk down the short road to get to the sea.
