Just 20 minutes from Olbia Airport, the cottage is slightly above the mountain and has an endlessly beautiful view of the sea and offshore islands. Especially nicely airy and on several outside areas you can linger and enjoy the view and the tranquility. The tahiti-like beaches are 5 minutes away and from there you can quickly reach a variety of top beaches. You also don't need to go to the village anymore. The amenities are awesome. Exceptionally, it was a little colder at Easter (also perfect season because you are almost alone on the beaches), which was our luck, because that way we could also make the most of the fireplace. We thank Annemarie and Christian for EVERYTHING.

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. Nice small flat for 3 nights. Everything was clean and the location is very central, so that you can reach everything by foot within minutes.

Claudio is a great host. He was always available and asked if everything was good and the place was as described. We felt very comfortable and would come back.
