Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

A house in the cool protected park directly on the GTE (large Elban crossing) path and among centuries-old olive trees overlooking the mountain of the blue harbor cross cross. A house in the countryside suitable for people who want to get away from chaos and daily routine, is immersed in quiet greenery but 10 minutes from the center of the village, to get to the villa you have to walk about 1.5 km of viable white road.
