La villa Claudia (6 couchages, 150m2) fait partie du Domaine des Palmiers qui se compose de trois villas indépendantes. Les deux autres villas ne sont pas à la location. Cette maison a été l'atelier du peintre Jean Miotte (1926-2016), c'est un endroit baigné de lumière.
