Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Recently renovated with great attention to maintaining the character of a 16th-century building, it is located in the historic part of the town on the main access road to the old village: Via Cacciagliatri.

The Residence is located in the center of the city, in a 16th century building that incorporates a medieval tower. The large apartment with double entrance consists of the living room, dining room and studio; the sleeping area includes three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also available individually. Due to its location and configuration, the Residence is also particularly suitable for work stays.

"Bella Civita" is a 30-minute walk from the village of Civita, and a shuttle service is available 300 m away. The house has a small garden, a balcony and free parking right in front of the entrance. Small pets are allowed for a small fee. Breakfast is provided in self-service mode so you can enjoy it in full autonomy. The property is fully covered by free WiFi.
